We're working with an established technology solutions provider looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their growing technical team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced MSP engineer to work across IT support, infrastructure and secure environments, with excellent training and career development opportunities.

Chippenham | Fully On-Site (Mon–Fri)

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a 2nd Line Support / Desktop Support role, ideally within an MSP.
• Strong Windows 10, Active Directory & Group Policy experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals – DNS, DHCP & troubleshooting.
• Experience resolving hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Exposure to Intune & Autopilot would be advantageous.
• Project delivery experience

Key Requirements:

• Must be eligible for BPSS & SC security clearance.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• 5 days on-site.
