2nd Class Boiler Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial boilers to ensure uninterrupted steam supply to refinery operations.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, drum level, feedwater, fuel consumption, and combustion parameters.
• Operate and inspect boiler auxiliaries, pumps, fans, valves, and feedwater systems.
• Monitor boiler water chemistry and perform blowdown as per operating procedures.
• Ensure safe boiler operation in compliance with statutory requirements and plant safety procedures.
• Maintain shift logs, operating records, and proper shift handovers.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and breakdowns.
• Respond to abnormal operating conditions and emergencies as per approved procedures.

Qualification: Valid Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency, as applicable under statutory requirements.

Experience: 3–5 years of industrial boiler operation experience; refinery or power plant experience preferred.

Key Skills: Boiler operation, troubleshooting, safety compliance, equipment monitoring, and shift management.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
