2nd Fix Carpenter 2:1 FIFO, ongoing housing project

NeoWest Building Company are a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, primarily servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. FIFO from Perth Only, no eastern states or overseas applications will be considered. We have a new position available for an experienced 2nd Fix Carpenter.

Starting rates (note that meals breaks are paid):

• Carpenter $60.00/hour plus meal allowance, plus super. Rate increases for solid performers.
• Cabinet maker $55.00/hour plus meal allowance, plus super.

We seek experienced 2nd Fix Carpenter for ongoing (continuous since 2019) housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara (Paraburdoo and Tom price). The successful candidates will ideally have:

-FIFO from Perth (Eastern states not considered)

-Must have: Residential refurbishment experience.

• Ability to wear PPE including being clean shaven for P2 respirator mask when required.

• Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner.

• Clean Driver's license (manual preferred).

• Provide own tools (note: 5" grinders to have paddle switch and soft start) - list can be provided.

• Ability to pass medical / D&A screens and complete 1day RTIO induction (All) and

-Pride in their work, their workplace and maintain good housekeeping.
