OpSource Staffing is hiring Blasting Operators for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with eligibility for permanent hire after approximately 90 days, based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 2pm-10:30pm
Pay: $16-$18 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
This position is responsible for operating various blasting (grit and water) equipment to prepare parts for subsequent operations.

Primary Functions
Conducts oneself according to the verbal and written instructions given by Production and Quality Departments, and according to Internal policies, procedures and standards of behavior.
Prepares parts prior to blasting by taping/masking surfaces to protect surfaces during the blasting cycle.
Maintains equipment by following instructions for adjustments, cleaning, setting proper pressures, etc.
Operates equipment according to instructions given by the production department.
Loads parts in equipment as instructed.
Operates quality control devices according to instructions.
Fills out travelers accurately, completely and timely for all parts processed.
Supports and follows QMS guidelines and directions.
