About The Role The 2nd Shift Corrugator Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the corrugator production line during the second shift at our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for managing a team of operators and maintenance personnel to ensure consistent product quality, meet production targets, and minimize downtime. The supervisor will implement and enforce safety protocols, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corrugator operations or a related manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory position in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures in manufacturing.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with corrugator machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience working in non-durable goods manufacturing.

Responsibilities
