2nd Shift Entek Operator

Job Purpose:

• The 2nd Shift Entek Operator at BRAVA ROOF & TILE is responsible for operating and maintaining the Entek machinery during the second shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality roofing tiles, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Entek machinery efficiently and safely during the second shift.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators on Entek machinery operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous experience operating Entek equipment or similar machinery is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, shift-based role.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
