2ND Shift Float Cleaning Position

United Commercial Services (UCS) is looking for an experienced Cleaning Float to join our team.

Schedule

This is primarily a Monday–Friday, 2nd shift position, with typical hours of:

5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Our goal is to keep this position on a Monday–Friday schedule. An occasional Saturday project may be necessary, but Saturday work is not expected to be a regular part of the schedule.

Because floor projects are performed at customer facilities when spaces are available, some flexibility in scheduling may occasionally be needed.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Willingness to learn new techniques and equipment
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of commercial floor-care work
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• Must meet company driver's license and driving requirements

Why UCS?

United Commercial Services is a locally owned West Michigan company that believes in investing in people, equipment, training, and better ways of doing the job.

We're not expecting you to walk in knowing every floor-care process. We're looking for someone with a good foundation who wants to become exceptionally good at the trade.

If you already know the basics and want an opportunity to turn those skills into something more, we'd like to hear from you.
