2nd Shift Floors

Description:

The 2nd shift floor person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facility. This role focuses on intensive floor care and general sanitation to ensure the store is clean and fully prepared for morning customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Care: Operate commercial floor scrubbers and buffers to maintain, polish, and clean hard floor surfaces.
• General Cleaning: Sweep and mop hallways, lobbies, offices, and common areas.

Requirements:

• Physical Strength: Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating a floor buffer and scrubbing machine is highly preferred.
• Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of a shift.
• Independence: A self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Reliability: Strong attendance record and dependable transportation for late-night shifts.
