Duties

• Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
• Ensure all food production meets quality control guidelines and recipe adherence
• Support dietary department needs by preparing specialized meals or modifications as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy shifts and uphold excellent food service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, grilling, or restaurant kitchen environments
• Familiarity with food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and high-volume production techniques
• Strong knife skills and ability to use culinary tools correctly and safely.
• Excellent food handling skills with attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
• Previous experience in food industry roles demonstrating culinary proficiency
• Strong teamwork orientation with good communication skills to serve guests effectively
