**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and personable 2nd Shift Guest Service Representative to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience during the evening hours.
  
  
Key Responsibilities
  
  

- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work independently to manage guest requests and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Utilize Quore software to track and manage guest communications and service requests efficiently.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by supporting team members and assisting with shift coordination as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with daily operational tasks to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

- Previous Fosse experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Quore or similar guest service management software preferred.
- Availability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift consistently.
