Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing through property management systems (PMS).
• Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures, including safety protocols and guest relations standards, to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and facility issues efficiently.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a hospitality setting.
• Ability or willingness to learn to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
