Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Front Desk Associate at Element By Westin in Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests during the evening hours, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
