  • Equipment Operations: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, to move finished products across the shop floor.
  • Production Support: Identify parts requiring balance adjustments and route them efficiently to the balance machines.
  • Daily Layouts & Documentation: Complete detailed quality layouts for every daily setup and individual part, keeping accurate, clear inspection reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of manufacturing experience. Experience working around CNC machinery or reading engineering blueprints is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skillset: Proven ability to read micrometers, gauges, and blueprints.
  • Core Competencies: Solid basic mathematical capabilities, entry-level computer literacy, and strong mechanical aptitude.
    Physical Requirements
    • Mobility: Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout a shift, with occasional sitting, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
    • Handling: Frequent manual dexterity for managing, fingering, and reaching for parts.
    • Lifting & Moving: Capability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
    • Pushing & Pulling: Capability to constantly exert push/pull force on equipment or components across a broad weight range (up to heavy loads).

  • Top-Tier Health: Choose from three different BCBS of IL Medical plans to fit your lifestyle, plus Dental and Vision coverage.
