What they need

2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor

From the receiving dock to finished bars, every count matters.

The Opportunity

Every bar we bake depends on the right oats, ingredients, and packaging being in the right place at the right time. As our 2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor, you’ll lead the team that receives, tracks, and moves every material through our Loveland facilities, so production never waits and the numbers always add up. If you love accurate counts, clean systems, and a team that takes pride in getting it right, this is your role.

About Bobo’s

Bobo’s: baked from the heart. On a rainy afternoon in 2003, Beryl Stafford and her daughter “Bobo” baked oat bars that soon became a Boulder, CO cafe favorite. This humble oat bar has since captivated loyal fans nationwide, with no compromise to the original recipe, small-batch baking process, or mother-daughter tradition.

Working at Bobo’s is a labor of love. Our values guide how we show up every day: Collaborative, Adaptable, Passionate, Winning, and Fun-Loving.

What You’ll Do

· Lead your crew of Receivers, Material Handlers, and Waste Specialists, setting daily priorities and clear expectations every shift.

· Own receiving, making sure every delivery is counted, identified, documented, and entered in the system correctly.

· Keep raw materials, packaging, and supplies staged and ready so production schedules run without waiting on materials.

· Run the cycle count and physical inventory program, from scheduling and counting to reconciliation and reporting.

· Dig into inventory discrepancies, find the root cause, and put fixes in place so they don’t happen again.

· Write and enforce SOPs for receiving, material movements, scanning, and counts, and train warehouse and production teammates to follow them.

· Keep storage areas clean, labeled, and audit-ready, with FIFO rotation and food safety, allergen, and GMP standards built in.

· Track production waste and inventory accuracy, and keep finding better ways to move, store, and account for materials.
