Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the cultivation and processing of cannabis.
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of products, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM

Pay range: $18 to $20 per hour

Required skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience in operating machinery, preferably in a cultivation or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Desired skills

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry or a regulated agricultural setting.
• Familiarity with cannabis cultivation processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the cannabis industry.
• Experience with inventory management systems or software.
