About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team as a Second Shift Press Operator.

While previous experience operating stamping presses, punch presses, or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred, we are also open to individuals who have strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

Hands-on training is provided. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and wants to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

This is an opportunity to learn specialized equipment, gain hands-on experience, and become a valuable part of an established manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor industrial perforating press equipment.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Monitor production to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Use measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment, with training as needed.
• Learn machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups as skills develop.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with material handling and other shop responsibilities as needed.
• Work independently once properly trained and demonstrate a willingness to learn additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous stamping press, punch press, or industrial machine-operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience, machine setup knowledge, or troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
