Job Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Tech (Direct Hire)

Location: Anderson, SC 29626

Pay Rate: $23.75-30.55/hr

Shift: 2:30pm-11pm (Monday-Friday)

Description: OpSource has partnered with a full-service metal fabrication and machining company located in Anderson, SC. These are all direct hire positions.

Position Summary: A Maintenance Technician inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs facility infrastructure, equipment, or residential units to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient operations.

Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician Starting Pay Rates on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results: $23.75-30.55/hr (based on expereince)

✅ $2.50/hour Shift Premium for 2nd shift

Job requirements for the position may include: What You’ll Do:

✔ Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems

✔ Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus)

✔ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety

✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

✔ Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals

✔ Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting

✅ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

✅ Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills

✅ Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:
✔ Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting

✔ Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally
