OpSource Staffing has partnered with an industrial electrical company in Fountain Inn, SC to hire a reliable and motivated Machine Operator.

Job Details

• Location: Fountain Inn, SC 29644
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $18.60/hour
• Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour
• Pay Increase After 90 Days: $19.28/hour
• Pay Increase After 9 Months: $19.94/hour

Training Schedule

Training will be conducted on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, for approximately 6 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, the employee will transition to the regular 2nd shift schedule of 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities

The Dicing Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the required training and 2nd shift schedule
• Willingness to learn equipment and production processes
