2nd Shift Spot Welder Operator — $16.50/Hour + Shift Differential

Walker Midwest, a multi-faceted steel manufacturing company providing metal fabrication, stamping, and roll-forming services in Itasca, IL, is immediately hiring full-time 2nd Shift Spot Welder Operators.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Base Pay: $16.50 per hour + 2nd-shift differential

Position Summary:

Walker Midwest is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Spot Welder Operators. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn and build their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Previous manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Previous welding or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to learn and follow safety procedures
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
