2nd Shift Production Supervisor

OFAB is looking for a Production Supervisor for our 2nd Shift (2:30p.m.-11:30p.m.) who reports to the Plant Manager. This person supervises the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function. Ideal candidate should have some knowledge of welding, metal cutting, powder coating, Press Brake, Laser, Mill, and Lathe machines. Supervisor is considered a working supervisor who should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. The Supervisor relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

Job Type: Full Time (some overtime and weekends will be required).

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS (Education, experience, certifications, proficiencies, etc.):

High School diploma or its equivalent.

Three to five (3-5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Responsible for working in a safe manner including wearing required safety equipment.
• Responsible for reporting any safety issues.
• Responsible for working in a positive manner and supporting co-workers.
• Responsible for beginning work on time and keeping absences to a minimum.
• Responsible for the execution of work in their work center.
• Responsible for all other duties as required.

**Must pass background check and drug screen test.
