2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting production employees while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. This position oversees daily operations within an assigned area, coordinates resources, maintains productivity and quality expectations, and promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Monday- Friday (3pm-1am)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Execute daily production priorities and schedules
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Coach, train, and develop employees
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and workplace standards
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Communicate performance, priorities, and challenges effectively

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability

This position provides leadership to supervisors and operational teams while coordinating resources, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational departments and supervisory personnel
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and production resources
• Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
• Support planning, scheduling, and capacity management efforts
• Develop and coach leaders and employees
• Identify and remove operational constraints and bottlenecks
• Promote cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Manage departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization efforts

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and departments
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and operational performance metrics
• Proven ability to drive results through people and processes
