2nd Shift Puller

About the Role

Redwall is looking for a 2nd Shift Puller to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll work alongside the Press Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and make sure every shirt that comes off the press meets our quality standards. No printing experience is required, and we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Read and follow work orders, mock-ups, and instructions in the job packet
• Help the Press Operator get the correct screens and inks for each job
• Prepare squeegees and flood bars for use
• Quality-check each garment before pulling it off the press
• Alert the Press Operator and your supervisor to any garment or print quality issues, and let the catcher know about any concerns with pulled garments
• Pull ink from screens during tear-down and scrape it back into the correct buckets
• Keep your work area clean before and after your shift
• Follow safety procedures and report any safety issues to your supervisor

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and understand work orders and instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division)
• Ability to identify colors
• Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and reliable attendance
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Availability to work weekends and overtime when needed
• Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day
• Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly, and the ability to properly lift 50 lbs
• Exposure to warm and cold temperatures in a production environment
