We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Robotic Weld Cell Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding cells to produce high-quality metal components efficiently and safely. Duties

• Operate robotic welding cells to produce parts according to specifications.
• Monitor welding processes to ensure optimal quality.
• Conduct routine inspections of welded components.
• Maintain proper tooling, fixtures, and safety guards on the welding equipment
• Document production data, including cycle times, quality checks, and any issues encountered during shifts

Skills

• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working with automated equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills related to machining processes and equipment adjustments
• Inspecting welds visually and with gauges, documenting results, and escalating nonconformances.
• Detecting defects early to prevent rework and scrap.
• Clear interaction with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
• Adapting to changing tasks, setups, and production demands
