What You'll Do As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead production employees while ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Lead & Develop the Team

Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts

Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for performance

Build a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity

Drive Production Performance Monitor production metrics and maintain performance standards

Help achieve operational efficiency targets

Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met

Quickly resolve production issues to minimize downtime

Maintain Safety & Quality Standards

Enforce Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies

Ensure compliance with GMP and company SOPs

Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence

Support Operations When Needed Step in to assist with production tasks such as packing, stacking, or operating equipment

Coordinate resources to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For We're seeking a strong floor leader, not just a supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 35 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results on the production floor
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highaccountability environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• A "rollupyoursleeves" leadership style
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule supporting both 2nd and 3rd shift operations as business needs require
• Ability to adjust working hours to provide leadership coverage, support production demands, and ensure operational continuity across shifts

Schedule Requirements Candidates must be able to:

• Work a hybrid schedule that may include both 2nd and 3rd shift hours
• Adjust work hours as needed to support production schedules, staffing needs, employee development, and operational priorities
• Provide leadership presence during shift transitions and critical production periods
• Maintain flexibility to support changing business demands while ensuring consistent oversight of production operations

Education Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent production leadership experience

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to climb, kneel, crawl, and perform repetitive production tasks
