We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team.

Position Details

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Schedule: Part Time-Full Time
• Weekends: Required
• Holidays: Required

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk.
• Assist with light cleaning, property walks, and other hotel duties as needed.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures.
