About Our Client Our client is a reputable international healthcare organization operating in multiple countries. The business is continuing to invest in its China operations and is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support strategic sourcing and supplier management activities.

Job Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend categories to support business objectives and cost targets.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance, relationships, and risk, ensuring quality, service, compliance, and supply continuity.
• Drive cost savings and value creation through market analysis, supplier negotiations, and procurement optimization initiatives.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, support audit readiness, and maintain procurement governance standards.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, Finance, Quality, Legal, Operations, etc.) to deliver procurement solutions and continuous process improvements.
• Support procurement projects and provide guidance on sourcing good practices and procurement policies.

The Successful Applicant

• 8+years of strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills.
