3 Pax - Process Engineer (PCBA OR Electrical OR Embedded)

We are looking for engineers to join our growing Process Engineering team, with opportunities across PCBA/NPI, Electrical Engineering and Embedded Systems. The position can be matched to your experience and technical strengths.

Key Responsibilities

• PCBA / NPI: Support new product introduction, board bring-up, prototype testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Electrical Engineering: Design and integrate power, control and interlock systems for semiconductor equipment, including electrical components, cabling and motion control.
• Embedded Systems: Develop, test and troubleshoot embedded hardware and firmware for PCB-based systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers and vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver reliable solutions.
• Support equipment/system integration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and technical problem-solving throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related disciplines.

• Candidates without experience are welcome for suitable PCBA/NPI opportunities.

• 1–3 years: PCBA, NPI, electronics testing or board bring-up experience preferred.

• 3+ years: Electrical engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment or automation.

• 3–5 years: Embedded systems, hardware/firmware development or troubleshooting experience.

• Knowledge or experience in relevant areas such as:

  • PCBA / NPI / Board Bring-up / Prototype Testing
  • Electrical Power Distribution / Interlocks / Motion Control / Cable Design
  • Embedded Systems / Microcontrollers / DSP / FPGA
  • UART / I2C / SPI / CAN / TCP/IP

• Familiarity with tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyser, SolidWorks/Altium/OrCAD will be an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

• Candidates with semiconductor, automation or electronics equipment experience are highly encouraged to apply.
