Salary: $70,0000-$85,000 plus super depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 3-Piece Can Maker to join a well-established manufacturing team.

This is a highly specialised position working across the 3-piece can-making process, producing food/aerosol cans in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and monitor 3-piece can-making machinery
• Complete machine adjustments, changeovers and setup
• Monitor production quality and output
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and production issues
• Carry out routine maintenance and adjustments
• Work to strict safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement across the production line

About You

• Genuine 3-piece can-making experience
• Previous experience working with can-making machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements

Important: General Mechanical Fitter experience alone will not be suitable. Candidates must have genuine 3-piece can-making experience, as these skills are highly specialised and take significant time to develop.
