We are looking for 3 Waters professionals to join our team and bring their knowledge, experience and ideas to a role with plenty of scope to grow.

We are not a traditional 3 Waters business, and this isn’t a place where you’ll be doing the same thing every day.

Rather, our work involves a range of mobile operational systems and treatment solutions, with a particular focus on dredging, dewatering and mobile treatment, across wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.

You may come from an operational, treatment, maintenance, network or contracting background. Leadership experience would be a bonus, as would experience combining hands-on operations with planning, and project coordination.

What you’ll be involved in

·       Supporting and developing operational teams

·       Problem solving challenging operational issues

·       Improving processes, productivity and performance

·       Assisting with planning and coordinating works

·       Assisting with mobilisation and delivery of projects

·       Working with customers and operational teams to find practical solutions

·       Identifying opportunities to improve the way we operate

·       Supporting the development of new treatment and operational solutions

·       Getting hands-on when required and leading from the front

·       Working across a range of sites and projects throughout New Zealand

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who:

·       Has experience in the 3 Waters industry

·       Has strong practical operational knowledge

·       Is able to travel frequently

·       Is a natural problem solver

·       Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

·       Can communicate effectively with customers, management and field teams

·       Has strong planning and organisational skills

·       Is willing to get involved and be hands-on when required

·       Wants to continually learn, develop and improve

You don’t need to know everything. What matters is that you have solid industry experience, and an interest in bringing your skills to a new area of the industry.

It will challenge you, take you outside your comfort zone and extend your existing 3 Waters knowledge.
