Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for work orders, preventative maintenance and unit turns. You must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance/make ready tasks such as painting, plumbing, HVAC repairs, and electrical fixes. Maintain pool chemicals in season.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Strong maintenance knowledge to perform repairs as needed at tenant apartments and to complete unit turns in a timely manner.
-Ability to maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
-Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must have own tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
