310S Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and energetic 310S Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise in automotive repair, mechanical systems, and use of hand and power tools will be vital to delivering top-quality service. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on vehicles using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals
• Conduct welding and assembly tasks as needed to restore or enhance vehicle components
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently during repair procedures
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of parts or equipment to facilitate repairs or maintenance tasks
• Follow detailed schematics and technical instructions to troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history for each vehicle or piece of equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Perform Safety Inspections as per Drive On
• Must be in good standing with skilled trades Ontario.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance
• Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with brand-specific systems and protocols
• Skilled in welding, assembly, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of routine maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, automotive components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Valid mechanic license or certification is mandatory for this position; relevant training or apprenticeships are a plus

Pay: $37.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
