360 excavator operator

Job Summary

THREE - FOUR WEEKS JOB

We are seeking a skilled 360 excavator operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to assist with excavation, site preparation, and other earth-moving tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience to contribute to large-scale projects while developing their skills further.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently across various construction sites
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with site clearance, digging, trenching, and loading operations as required
• Follow all health and safety regulations to minimise risks on-site
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Experience

• Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a construction environment
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial driving licences is advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with site safety protocols and procedures
• Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred

Pay: £21.00-£22.00 per hour
