360 excavator operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 360 excavator operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a 360-degree excavator to perform a variety of earthmoving and site preparation tasks.

Duties

• Operate a 360-degree excavator to work on a new build houseing site
• Conduct routine inspections of the excavator to ensure optimal functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow project plans and specifications to execute excavation activities efficiently.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
• Assist with site setup, including positioning machinery and preparing work areas for excavation activities.
• Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including hours worked and equipment usage.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of excavators and related construction machinery.
• Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator in various construction environments.
• must have cpcs
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures and best practices in construction settings.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisor
• good timekeeping

Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
