Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled 360 excavator operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty 360-degree excavators to perform a variety of earthmoving, digging, lifting, and material handling tasks on construction sites. Responsibilities

• Operate 360-degree excavators with precision to complete excavation, trenching, loading, and site preparation tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of the excavator to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
• Follow project plans and instructions to execute earthworks according to specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operation and site activities.
• Assist with other site duties as needed, including material handling and site cleanup.

Experience

• Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of excavator components, controls, and troubleshooting procedures
• Familiarity with site safety standards and procedures related to heavy machinery operation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus and safety awareness.
