Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 360 machine driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a 360-degree excavator to assist with various earthmoving, excavation, and site preparation tasks. Your expertise in handling heavy machinery will be essential in ensuring efficient project progress while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

• Operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently across different construction sites, adhering to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Assist with digging, trenching, drilling holes with an auger loading, and material handling tasks as directed by project supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and site activities for smooth workflow
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly
• Maintain accurate records of machine operation hours, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Support other site operations as needed, including assisting with setup and cleanup activities

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator in a construction or similar environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery, including troubleshooting minor issues and performing basic maintenance
• Valid commercial driving license with relevant endorsements for operating heavy equipment
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, safety instructions, and site plans effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Physical stamina to handle long hours on-site, including standing, bending, and lifting as required
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards at all times
