Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled 360 operator with to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty excavators to perform a variety of earth-moving tasks essential to our projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient site development, safety, and precision in every operation. Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators with precision to perform digging, trenching, lifting, and material handling tasks across various sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on excavator equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Follow detailed project plans and instructions to execute excavation tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members, site managers, and other equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage site logistics by transporting materials and debris using the excavator or accompanying commercial vehicles when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including work completed, equipment usage, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.

Experience

• Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating commercial vehicles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with site safety procedures and OSHA regulations is essential.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, site plans, and operate machinery with precision under supervision.
