Pay for this position is estimated to be around $22.83/hour.

We are currently seeking a 360 Program Supervisor (10 Month Contract) to supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues. They will perform and supervise the delivery of 360 services to clients. They will ensure effective leadership-based management of the 360 program with an emphasis on high quality care. The selected candidate will also work collaboratively with all Intercept Health departments (as applicable) to provide services, as needed.

This will include orienting new 360 Therapeutic Aides to the program. As well as securing staff to cover vacancies in the schedule due to staff absences and no-shows, and potentially filling in for those shifts as needed. Additionally, the 360 Program Supervisor will provide direction, encouragement, and training to 360 Therapeutic Aides in the performance of their duties.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and related experience in the human services field. (Master's Degree preferred). Will accept individuals that have at least 5 years experience in the human services field without degree and management experience in any field.
