- 主导商品定价与促销策略制定，结合成本测算模型优化毛利空间，确保毛利率稳定在30%以上
- 监控各渠道运营数据，定期输出成本分析报告，针对异常损耗提出改进方案并推动落地
- 协同供应链与财务部门，完成季度成本预算编制，控制运营费用占比在12%以内
- 跟踪行业竞品动态，定期复盘运营策略，推动转化率提升15%以上
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，10年以上电商运营经验，其中5年以上团队管理经验
- 精通Excel及数据分析工具，能独立完成成本测算与利润模型搭建
- 熟悉主流电商平台规则，具备年销售额5000万以上店铺操盘案例
- 具备较强的跨部门沟通能力，能有效推动成本优化方案执行
- 持有电商运营相关认证者优先，有跨境电商或品牌方经验者加分
