FLS also operates technology and AI platform of TCG’s premium managed rental venture, Yukio. The position in question is for Sirrus.ai’s content intelligence division which uses AI to power marketing content-based collaterals for real estate developers.

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Artist to join our experience centre team in Sirrus.ai. The 3D artist would be responsible to work on creating the experience centre components for the real estate developers. The candidate will be responsible for creating highly accurate and photo-realistic 3D models based on architectural drawings, with a strong focus on quality and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Build accurate 3D models from architectural AutoCAD files and technical drawings.
• Create high-quality photo-realistic model for architecture projects.
• Execute modelling using splines and polygon-based workflows to achieve architectural precision.
• Ensure consistency and realism in all 3D asset development.
• Collaborate with design and visualization teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Apply creative and innovative approaches to solve modelling and rendering challenges.
• Maintain organized, clean files and naming conventions for efficient team collaboration.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• At least 1-3 year of experience in architectural visualization or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret architectural plans accurately.
• Proficient in 3Ds Max and VRay for modellsing, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• A keen eye for detail, scale, and proportions in architectural modelling.
• Strong foundation in spline and polygon modelling techniques.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or other real-time rendering engines.
• Knowledge of Substance tools, Photoshop, or Corona Renderer.
• Experience in post-processing to enhance visualization outputs.
