3D Artist

About the role

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our Creative & Digital Production team and bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D assets and visual experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic judgment, technical 3D skills, and attention to detail—with the ability to take a creative concept from initial reference or brief through modeling, texturing, lighting, and final presentation. This is an opportunity to work on digital products, marketing materials, animation, product visualization, and interactive experiences across a variety of creative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, environments, props, and digital assets based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Develop clean topology, UV maps, textures, materials, lighting, and rendered outputs.
• Translate sketches, references, storyboards, and concepts into polished and visually compelling 3D work.
• Optimize 3D assets for their intended platforms, including web, mobile, animation, and real-time applications.
• Apply strong understanding of composition, proportion, scale, form, color, materials, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, creative leads, and project stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Manage source files, revisions, naming conventions, and asset libraries in an organized and production-ready manner.
• Incorporate feedback professionally and make revisions efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed project timelines and production standards.

About you

• A strong 3D portfolio demonstrating your skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and/or visualization.
• Proficiency in at least one major 3D software, such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent image-editing tools.
• Solid understanding of 3D fundamentals, composition, scale, form, color, materials, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote creative team.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines.
