WE ARE HIRING for our client – 3D ARTIST MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
Create polished game assets and lead a dedicated team of freelance artists. We are looking for a mid-level 3D Artist who can create quality assets and lead a team of remote freelance artists. You will understand what we are building and why, then take assets from brief to modelling, texturing, review, and publishing on our platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create game-ready 3D assets: model and texture accessories, hair, outfits, and gear from references and briefs
• Prepare and publish assets: check proportions, topology, UVs, textures, and performance, then upload assets that meet quality and platform requirements
• Manage remote freelancers: write clear briefs, assign work, agree on timelines, and keep communication moving
• Review work and see revisions through: give useful feedback and ensure every asset meets the same visual and technical standards
• Improve how we work: make briefs, reviews, and file handoffs clearer as the team grows

WHAT MATTERS

• Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, or similar tools, with a portfolio that shows your modelling and texturing skills
• Ability to spot what needs improving in an asset and explain how to fix it
• Experience with 3D characters, props, or polished game assets is a strong plus, especially Roblox UGC, avatar accessories, and stylized work
• Clean proportions, topology, UVs, and textures, with sensible game optimization
• Consistent quality, attention to finish, and the ability to turn a reference into a finished asset
• Ownership, communication, and visual taste: take responsibility for delivery, raise blockers early, and follow through without reminders
• Ability to take feedback, see revisions through, and meet agreed deadlines, in your own work and the work you manage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
