Position: 3D BIM Modeller

Remote Role

• Experience in Mining / Heavy Industrial projects preferred
• 10–15 years of relevant experience

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Must be based in India
• Experience in Mining / Heavy Industrial projects preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in 3D BIM Modelling
• Must have experience in 3D Point Cloud Modelling
• Hands-on experience in shop detailing using Tekla Structures
• Proficient in Tekla Structures and Advance Steel
• Experience converting 3D point cloud data into accurate BIM/3D models
• Strong understanding of structural modelling, shop detailing and fabrication requirements
• Ability to produce accurate 3D models and shop/detailing drawings
• Navisworks/Revit experience would be an advantage
• Good understanding of BIM coordination and model standards

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

• 3D BIM Modeller: 7 years (Required)
• Mining / Heavy Industrial projects: 5 years (Preferred)
• 3D Point Cloud Modelling: 5 years (Preferred)
• shop detailing using Tekla Structures: 5 years (Preferred)
• Tekla Structures and Advance Steel: 5 years (Preferred)
• converting 3D point cloud data into accurate BIM/3D models: 5 years (Preferred)
• structural modelling, shop detailing and fabrication: 5 years (Preferred)
• produce accurate 3D models and shop/detailing drawings: 5 years (Preferred)
• Navisworks/Revit: 5 years (Preferred)
• BIM coordination and model standards: 5 years (Preferred)
