JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate of Information Technology, Drafting, Engineering, or any related course.
• Hands-on experience in 3D CAD design, drafting, and 3D modeling is required.
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software, electrical CAD applications, and modern drafting tools, with knowledge of technical drawings, electrical layouts, shop drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to work onsite and at various project locations as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD drawings, models, and technical designs based on engineering and construction requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, detailed technical drawings, design drafts, electrical layouts, and as-built plans for construction projects.
• Provide CAD drafting and design support to engineers and project teams, ensuring drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, site personnel, and project teams to update drawings based on actual site conditions, design changes, and project requirements.
• Assist with drawings related to the installation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, with willingness to work at different project sites as needed.
