任职要求：
- 具备生产管理相关工作经验，熟悉制造业运作流程
- 具有较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力
- 能适应生产现场工作环境，具备一定的抗压能力
- 善于沟通，能够有效带领团队达成生产目标
- 具备基本的数据分析能力，能根据生产指标调整策略
