3D Construction Printing Operator

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on operator to run our large-scale 3D concrete printing equipment. You'll set up, operate, and maintain the printer, pump, and material handling equipment to build structures layer by layer. This is detail-oriented work, and it's not for anyone who minds mud, cement, or early mornings. You will get wet and dirty.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate the 3D printer on site
• Operate and maintain the concrete pump, including priming, mixing coordination, and cleanout
• Operate a telehandler to move materials, position equipment, and load material hoppers
• Monitor print quality, material consistency, and flow rates during prints
• Troubleshoot clogs, pump issues, and print errors quickly
• Clean and maintain equipment daily
• Follow safety procedures and site rules
• Keep basic logs of print runs, material use, and equipment issues

Requirements

• Telehandler certification or the ability to get certified (valid operator card preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hydraulics, hoses, and pumps
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working around wet concrete, dust, and mud
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with a small crew
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel

Nice to Have

• Construction or concrete trade experience
• Familiarity with CAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, or 3D printing software
• OSHA 10/30 card
• Experience with robotic or gantry systems
