The Role

We are seeking a creative and ambitious 3D / Interior Designer with documented expertise in visualization and a strong sense of form. You have mastered your tools and are now ready to take the next step in your career.

At Blink, you will join a tight-knit creative team, working side-by-side with senior designers and strategists on challenging international projects. Your work will directly impact what the global retail and hospitality industry looks like tomorrow. Therefore, we look for someone who delivers more than just beautiful renderings – we need a team player with deep design understanding and great craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build complex 3D environments  – from initial concept sketches to detailed renderings and technical drawings.
• Shape visual visions  – produce high-quality still images, films, animations, and technical layouts.
• Master the tools  – utilize SketchUp, Enscape, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite on a daily basis.
• Drive concepts forward  – translate strategic ideas into vibrant, functional, and commercial environments.

Your Profile

• Experience:  3–5 years of professional experience from a design agency with similar responsibilities. Experience in retail or hospitality concept development is highly valued.
• Education:  A relevant degree from an established design school in interior architecture, industrial design, visual design, or equivalent.
• Technical Skills:  Highly skilled in SketchUp and Enscape. A deep understanding of lighting, material selection, composition, and fine details.
• Software:  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. An interest in new technologies and AI-based design tools is a major plus.
• Bonus Skills:  Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or experience with other 3D software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino).
• Language:  Fluent English is a requirement for our international projects. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.
• Portfolio:  A strong portfolio that clearly reflects your design process, technical know-how, and aesthetic sensibility.
