Job Summary

We are seeking a talented 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to produce high quality, realistic visualizations of residential, commercial and mixed use real estate developments.

The successful candidate will translate architectural drawings, plans, models, material specifications and design concepts into compelling visual assets for marketing, sales presentations, project launches, brochures, websites, social media and other promotional materials.

The candidate must combine strong architectural visualization skills with artistic judgment, technical accuracy and an understanding of how real estate imagery supports property marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities A. Architectural 3D Visualization

● Create photorealistic exterior and interior renders of residential and commercial developments.

● Produce visualizations of villas, apartments, towers, townhouses, amenities, lobbies, landscaped areas, pools and communal facilities.

● Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, material schedules and reference images.

● Develop accurate materials, lighting, textures, furniture, landscaping and environmental details.

● Produce day, dusk and night renders when required.

● Ensure visual consistency across different views of the same development.

● Work from approved architectural information and raise questions when source materials are incomplete or conflicting.

B. 3D Modeling and Scene Development

● Build or refine 3D models using architectural drawings and supplied CAD/BIM files.

● Model architectural elements, interiors, furniture, landscaping and surrounding environments as required.

● Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting setups, cameras and composition.

● Optimize scenes and assets for rendering quality and production efficiency.

● Maintain organized project files, textures, models and reusable assets.

C. Animation and Virtual Walkthroughs

● Produce 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, cinematic property animations and amenity sequences.

● Create camera movements that communicate the layout, scale, design and lifestyle benefits of developments.

● Develop animated content suitable for digital advertising, project websites, launch events and sales presentations.

● Coordinate with the Video Editor to deliver animation footage in suitable formats and aspect ratios.

● Support interactive or immersive visualization projects when required and within the artist's capabilities.

D. Marketing and Sales Deliverables

● Produce high resolution renders for brochures, hoardings, billboards, presentations, websites and digital campaigns.

● Prepare alternative views, crops, resolutions and formats for different marketing channels.

● Create visuals that help prospective buyers understand unit layouts, interiors, amenities and the surrounding environment.

● Support launch campaigns and sales presentations with timely delivery of approved visuals.

● Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure renders integrate correctly into layouts and marketing collateral.

Required Qualifications and Experience

● Degree, diploma or equivalent professional experience in Architecture, 3D Design, Interior Design, Computer Graphics or a related discipline.

● Minimum 3–5 years of professional 3D architectural visualization experience.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic residential or commercial architectural renders.

● Experience producing both exterior and interior visualizations.

● Knowledge of architectural drawings, proportions, materials, lighting and construction terminology.

● Experience with project revisions, client feedback and deadline driven production.

● Strong visual composition and attention to detail.

● Real estate development or property marketing experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in relevant tools such as:

● Autodesk 3ds Max.

● Corona Renderer or V-Ray.

● Blender, where relevant.

● SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or other tools for importing and interpreting architectural information.

● Adobe Photoshop for post production.

● Unreal Engine or other real time visualization tools is an advantage.
