Company Overview

5 Team Events and Exhibition LLC is a Dubai-based event production and custom exhibition fabrication company. We deliver end-to-end event environments, bespoke exhibition stands, brand activations, and retail/interior displays. Operating with our own in-house fabrication facility in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, we take projects from initial creative concept through carpentry, metalwork, finishing, and live on-site installation across major UAE venues (including DWTC and ADNEC).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and technically grounded 3D Exhibition & Event Designer to join our production and design team. In this role, you will develop visually engaging 3D concepts for exhibition stands, stages, brand activations, and event structures, while ensuring designs are structurally sound and production-ready for our in-house carpentry and fabrication workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and spatial limitations into creative 3D concepts for custom exhibition stands, stages, kiosks, and experiential brand activations.
• 3D Modeling & Photorealistic Rendering: Create high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renders from multiple angles, incorporating realistic lighting, textures, materials, and graphic applications for client presentations and tender pitches.
• Technical & Production Detailing: Work closely with our in-house carpentry and fabrication workshop in Ras Al Khor. Translate approved 3D visual concepts into scaled layouts, 2D AutoCAD elevation drawings, and production-ready structural plans.
• Material & Build Coordination: Specify appropriate workshop materials (MDF, timber, metals, acrylics, spray finishes, stretch fabrics, vinyl graphics, and LED/lighting elements) keeping build feasibility and budgets in mind.
• Venue Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with UAE venue regulations (e.g., Dubai World Trade Centre, ADNEC, local hotels/malls), including height restrictions, access points, structural safety, and emergency guidelines.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, estimation/procurement teams, and graphic designers to finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure timely delivery of design proposals.
• On-Site Alignment: Conduct periodic workshop and site inspections during the build-up phase to ensure the physical fabrication accurately matches the approved 3D design.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a 3D Designer specifically within the Events, Exhibition Stand Building, or Interior Fit-Out industry in the UAE/GCC.
• Software Proficiency:
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max (with V-Ray or Corona Renderer) or equivalent 3D modeling tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp).
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D plans, sections, and structural elevations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production, branding application, and presentation decks.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of carpentry fabrication techniques, joinery details, exhibition flooring, paint finishes, AV integration, and signage application.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic exhibition stands, event stage designs, and accompanying technical/working drawings is mandatory.
• Work Style: Ability to handle tight turnarounds and concurrent pitches in a fast-paced event production environment.
• Location: Based in or willing to commute daily to Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai.
