Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D concepts, event layouts, stage designs, booth designs, branding elements, and venue visualizations based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D designs and visual concepts for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, product launches, and brand activations.
• Develop stage, backdrop, stall, booth, registration desk, photo booth, and venue décor designs.
• Prepare 3D floor plans, event layouts, elevations, and detailed design presentations.
• Convert client briefs and event concepts into creative 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with the event operations, production, and creative teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
• Make design modifications based on client feedback and internal requirements.
• Prepare final design files and presentations for client approval and production.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams regarding design specifications and execution.
• Ensure designs are delivered within the required timelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3D Max / SketchUp / Blender / AutoCAD or similar 3D design software.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Corona or other rendering software will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is preferred.
• Strong understanding of event spaces, dimensions, materials, lighting, branding, and fabrication.
• Good creative and visualization skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective design concepts.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D event design, exhibition design, interior design, or related fields.
• Experience in an event management / exhibition / experiential marketing company will be preferred.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
