A growing, creative exhibition design and production studio is looking for a talented 3D Designer to join its team.

Working across a variety of exhibition stands, branded environments and live events, the studio combines creative thinking with technical expertise to bring bold ideas to life.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative designer who can combine imaginative concepts with strong technical skills . You’ll take ideas from initial sketches and concepts through to compelling 3D visuals and detailed production drawings, helping transform client briefs into distinctive, buildable exhibition stands.

This role would suit someone who loves exploring ideas, has a great eye for design and understands how to turn creative ambition into something that works in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, eye-catching 3D concepts and spatial designs for exhibition stands and event environments.
• Create high-quality renders, visualisations and presentation materials that bring ideas to life.
• Produce accurate technical and production drawings using AutoCAD.
• Use 3ds Max to develop creative concepts and detailed 3D visuals.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce graphics, presentations and supporting design materials.
• Balance creativity with practical considerations, including materials, fabrication and workshop requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams and fabricators to bring designs from screen to reality.
• Develop ideas in response to client briefs and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.

About You

• Experience in 3D design, ideally within exhibitions, events or experiential environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite .
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, 3D visualisations and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of production drawings, materials, fabrication methods and workshop requirements.
• A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and enjoys pushing concepts further.
• A keen eye for detail, composition, branding and spatial design.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work to deadlines.
